I stayed here for 4 days in January 2013. I enjoyed staying at Hotel Wing very much. I found the staff very polite, and friendly, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to a rail station, and it's clean and tidy and quiet. I'd happily stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm, although small. But i think the size was normal by Japanese standards. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked this room when there was a special offer so it was excellent value. The only negative was that it was a bit far away from Dotonbori and other busy areas but the hotel is close to a train station so getting around was very easy. It is only 1 stop from the new Osaka station so it was easy to get a train to other cities.
