Should be more people orientated. We arrived early by 3 hours to your hotel, but was not alloed to check in and have to wait until 3pm. If a room is available you must let them in immediately because you dont know the condition of them when they reach your hotel especially after a long flight and transfer of flight. After many request one of your staff allowed us in a little early ,thank you. .

The free use of COFFEE in lobby was very welcome ,The use of MICROWAVE OVEN for cooking was very very useful esp for vegetarians carrying thier own ready to cook packets and rice.Twin rooms are better for two people ,the double room is very samall and congested,TWIN room ambience very good.Breakfast is expensive for 800 yen ,should divide into JAPANEESE STYLE and AMERICAN STYLE and charge accordingly.Overall HOSPITABLE STAFF,THANKYOU for the comfortable STAY ,I recommend this hotel

Very poor internet service (the system is protected and you can't almost chek your e-mail, open an account, book an hotel). I'd rather say that this kind of service is completely unusfull. Please change it or save the money! Good idea a free coffee in the lounge!   Read Owner Comments

Very nice place to stay, very clean. Kind people and very calm atmosphere, enjoyed the silence thanks to the great windows stopping the noise coming from the street.   Read Owner Comments

Good Hotel, very clean, but shoebox-size rooms. Location is very near to party-district.   Read Owner Comments
