Should be more people orientated. We arrived early by 3 hours to your hotel, but was not alloed to check in and have to wait until 3pm. If a room is available you must let them in immediately because you dont know the condition of them when they reach your hotel especially after a long flight and transfer of flight. After many request one of your staff allowed us in a little early ,thank you. .Should be more people orientated. Very poor internet service (the system is protected and you can't almost chek your e-mail, open an account, book an hotel). I'd rather say that this kind of service is completely unusfull.
Please change it or save the money!
