OK place to stay. Our private room was really small for four people and the hot water ran out after two showers. Not really worth the price.OK place to stay. Our private room was really small for four people and the hot water ran out after two showers. Not really worth the price....Close

Good hotel but it turned that they have no our reservation although we have reservation made through hostelworld.com at hands. Since hotel was full thay was unable to rebook us. BTW they are rather expenscive - 65$ for double per night- we've found hostel 15$ per night.Good hotel but it turned that they have no our reservation although we have reservation made through hostelworld.com at hands. nice family run hotel. room was a little small (we had a triple) bathroom was also small and hot water wasnt a problem. breakfast was very basic, (continental) which was easily remedied by buying a one sole avocado and tomato from the local market. we had already read about the disco so were not surprised to hear it, earplugs are good for the sensitive. one of three of us needed them. pricing is higher than most budget places but cheaper than most hotels for private rooms. nice family run hotel. room was a little small (we had a triple) bathroom was also small and hot water wasnt a problem. breakfast was very basic, (continental) which was easily remedied by buying a one sole avocado and tomato from the local market. we had already read about the disco so were not surprised to hear it, earplugs are good for the sensitive. one of three of us needed them. pricing is higher than most budget places but cheaper than most hotels for private rooms. ...Close

bathroom was a bit cramped and the sink is cold water only, although the shower had plenty of nice hot water. the room was pretty clean though a bit outdated and there were no window screens to keep the bugs out. the staff was superhelpful and friendly, they even packed up our breakfast at 4am so that we could stand in line to climb up wayna picchu.bathroom was a bit cramped and the sink is cold water only, although the shower had plenty of nice hot water. the room was pretty clean though a bit outdated and there were no window screens to keep the bugs out. the staff was superhelpful and friendly, they even packed up our breakfast at 4am so that we could stand in line to climb up wayna picchu....Close

The people there were wonderful! They made us a bag breakfast because we wanted to hike Wyana Picchu and were leaving before breakfast was served. Having the food really helped us that day. The hotel was a bit of a climb but worth it. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Aguas Calientes. The people there were wonderful! this was the best sleeping i did in peru. i fell asleep exhausted from hiking machu pichu... after taking a short walk to the hot springs and eating a very good dinner and having a very hot shower... to the sound of the river outside my window. and i woke to the sound of the rive outside my window. and there was fresh fruit and great coffee waiting for me downstairs in the morning. this was the best sleeping i did in peru. i fell asleep exhausted from hiking machu pichu... after taking a short walk to the hot springs and eating a very good dinner and having a very hot shower... to the sound of the river outside my window. and i woke to the sound of the rive outside my window. and there was fresh fruit and great coffee waiting for me downstairs in the morning. ...Close
