Nice clean hotel in a good area. The staff is super friendly!

Hotel is located very close to Asakusabashi station on both JR and Asakusa lines. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning and wifi was excellent. The staff was very warm and welcoming during my first stay here, although be warned that some of the receptionists do not speak any English.

I went here because transport to and from Mt. Yotei (to hike) is free when booking a 3 night stay, really helpful for a solo traveler. It turned out that the staff was wonderful and helped me with anything I needed, the hostel is immaculate and quiet with a great view of the volcano. There is also free transport to the local Onsen. I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing and active, (and quiet) summer getaway from more crowded parts of Japan.

Excellent location for sightseeing to Tokyo downtown, especially asakusa Ramon and Tokyo Skytree. To Daiba by Tokyo only takes almost an hour. Great choice for sure!

Pros: great location, private washroom, fairly clean and quiet, staff are friendly and helpful Cons: non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, decor was depressing, room was very small, shower curtain smelled very musty, air conditioning did not work very well, bed was small and uncomfortable. Overall you get what you pay for but you can definitely do much better in Tokyo if you book ahead. Would choose a ryokan over this hotel or would pay a bit more to upgrade to a nicer hotel.

Lady at front desk let me stay an hour past my 10:00 am check out time. That was appreciated.

Good emplacement and cleaning service every day. On the other hand room and bathroom were extremely small and dark and beds were really uncomfortable.

very clean and quiet, 2min walk from JR station. small rooms but a bed and a good shower is all you need if you want to explore the city. we got a very nice gift when we left as well.

Location is great, close to the subway and with several good restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is easily accessible from both Narita and Haneda airport via a direct subway line. The rooms themselves are rather small, however, they were clean. The staff have a good level of English and were very helpful. My friend had left something in a previous hotel and the staff took care of contacting them in order to arrange postage.

The people at the front desk were really helpful and kind. It is really close to Asakusabashi station which connects with the main lines of JR and subway. It was all clean and perfect. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect for our last night in Tokyo, with easy access to getting the train to airport. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Nice to sleep in a double bed after many nights of single futon mattresses on the floor! Staff were friendly and made check in easy, even letting us check in early as our room was ready, which was a nice surprise! (They would have held our luggage for us until check in if the room hadn't been ready.) No issues, would recommend!
