The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They called us a cab to help us get to the airport on time for our departure and the cab service to the city center was great.
We got this place last minute to go running with the bulls! A little far away from the main square but they had free shuttles to take you there until 10pm. Otherwise it was about a 10 E taxi ride. Place was a hotel, not a hostel. Very clean and new. I would stay here again.
Nice hotel though a long way from town. The hotel ran a shuttle bus from the bus station to the hotel during San Fermin which was good
Everything was great, the room was very nice and clean and good value for money. However, the wifi in the room didn't work for the majority of the stay (only about 1 hour when we first arrived). We called reception a couple of times trying to get it fixed and they said they would, but it was never fixed. Found out in the morning that "the company doesn't give us enough megabytes for when we have a full hotel, so if full it doesn't work." If you need internet for work, banking etc beware
Hotel Zenit is a great hotel with wonderful facilities and staff. It's a bit far from the center of Pamplona but during the festival they do offer shuttles to and from the city center every 30 minutes. However, these stop running at 11pm.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at this Hotel during San Fermin festival. Although it is a little out of the way from the city center, the free shuttle service they provided was excellent and convenient. Very clean and very helpful
Very nice modern hotel. Cab ride easiest way to get there from train station (15 euros). Internet took a while figure out how to log on to. We were in Pamplona during the Running of the Bulls and this place was not super close to the festival area. This was good for us because it was quiet enough to sleep and the bus to the festival was easy and quick. Hotel shuttle to festival could only hold 8 passengers and was usually too busy to use, especially to take it home from the festival. Nice!
Had a great stay. Staff was very helpful and fluent in english. Shuttle bus to and from San Fermin festival was convenient and cost effective.
