What a gem. From the very first smiley hello at Reception to the fond farewel, Zorbas Beach Resort is a true holiday paradise for parents with kids, the young couple or the lone traveller. George, the General Manager is helpful and friendly which translates to all the staff. Maria runs the Bar, kitchen and does her best to ensure everyone is happy. Did I mention the delicious pizzas and ice cream for the little ones....and the wonderful cocktails for the grown ups. I'll definitely be returning.

The place is really good, clean and beautiful and the price was quite cheap, only problem was that it was quite far from Chania. But I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly.... we will be back ;-)

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. However it is far from the city center, and i would recommend renting a car if staying here since the bus does not run regularly

This facility is NOT accessible. The buses only run every 3 hours. There is no port transfer. Getting to any of the famous beaches in Chania is an impossible treck. Very secluded and unless you have a car, you are stuck on the premises. Even the map that they give you has no street names so it is very likely to get lost on your way to their 'markets', which we were never able to find.

We arrange shuttle services from any Port, Airport & Bus Station in Crete! The only we expect from the guests is to send us their arrival information! If we don't have this info on time, there is not much we can do! Resort is just 14km far from the city centre.Comfortable bus connection is very often during the day. Markets are close to the Hotel. It is the first time we are informed that some guests were lost(!!) We arrange 15 different Crete tours (daily) with pick up / drop off from the rooms!

One of the best places I have been to in this world, I recommend to anyone that wants to have either a relaxing time in greece or even going into town to the clubs. It was all a lot of fun! I loved the staff, Maria was the best! She was so nice and helpful all the time, yet she was really laid back and made amazing food! Thank you to everyone at Zorbas!

The resort was very nice, but quite far from Chania. Perfect for relaxing and seemed good for families.

The development is easy to reach by bus, and it is nice and quiet on the coast. There seemed be quite a few families there, and I think it'd be a great location for a family holiday. The pool looked very well-maintained, and the rooms are simple but nice (however our bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, and we ran out of hot water- probably things you could sort out if staying for longer though). Restaurant is very friendly and relaxing; no the best food we had in Crete but it was off-season.
