The room was pretty nice and the location was great. We were only 10 minutes walking from Dam square. The breakfast was just a couple of pieces of toast, a small croissant, some tasteless spreads, a little juice, and coffee/tea. There were always clean towels and they made the bed every day. There are rooms with no view of the channel and no windows, just a skylight. That was the room initially offered and it felt like we were in a broom closet behind the kitchen.
