We had a great time at hostel berakah - loved the free breakfast (different thing every day) and the balcony where you could chill out and meet other guests. The staff were great - Fernando (the manager) drove all over copan and beyond showing us the town. Would definitely recommend!
The biggest private rooms are at the entrance next to the registration desk so is very noisy. Also these rooms are downstairs and there is no air flow besides a small fan; so the room was extremely hot.
DO NOT TURN OFF WATER AT NIGHT. BETTER LIGHTS IN THE ROOMS WOULD HELP.

Great value for money- free breakfasts. Amazingly friendly staff who help with anything they can. Everyone is so friendly and loved my time there! Definitely worth a few days staying there!
Great staff, clean, perfect location....we are going to stay again on our way back through Copan!
Pretty much a perfect hostel experience. Well located, friendly staff, reasonably priced rooms, and a diverse crowd of hearty travelers to engage and share stories in the awesome upstairs patio. Loads of cheap eats and nearby transportation also added tot the convenience. There were some water issues during our stay but the owner had that remedied lickity-split. Can definitely recommend!
The hostel staff are very friendly and help organise everything. As per usual I checked around prices and berakah had some of the cheaper ones apart from the odd one. The hostel room is basic but has everything I needed. Constant warm (you wouldn't want hot) water and fans in the rooms with lockers at reception and two kitchen areas which we used to cook one of the nights just fine. Hammocks and chairs are easy to find to relax after a hard days hot pooling.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast and coffee served each morning was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dorm beds were comfortable. The kitchen and hang out area were both great to have. There is a bird park (Macaw Mountain) about 30 minutes walk away, it was well worth the visit, a peaceful place where you could easilyeasily spend half a day.
love it. super good. Nice owner who helps with everything. the place to stay in Copan!!
Extremely helpful staff and an excellent location, also the balcony/common area on first floor is a good place to chill and talk with other travellers, room was sufficient too and would easily recommend.
A quiet, beautiful comfortable place. I've been here 4 times and it is always wonderful. quaint, small and relaxing.
Nice place to stay in Copan. Good location to central square and the rest of Copan.
I thought this was a wonderful hostel! The communal kitchen and living area is great with hammocks which look out to the mountainous jungle surrounding Copán. It is located right in the center of town, just off the Central Park and is also a quick walk from the Ruins. The staff were all very friendly, and helped to book onward shuttles. Had a great time here!
Nice hostel, Nice owners, Excellent location.
We had an great reception from Sarah on a arrival. They have a very nice roof top garden, even had a chance to relax in the hammock!
This is a nice locally run place. The family that run it and staff are very nice, it's a lovely relaxed place.
The hostel was in a great location, had a lovely terrace and clean facilities. The private room we had was large as well. Our biggest problem was the noise in the morning as we were situated close to the reception ... the noise was from the cleaners talking loudly and banging around rather than other guests!
