I liked the look and location of the facility but considering that when I stayed there with no water and constant power outages, I'd say the room was overpriced.
Friendly owner with helpful advice. Hostel is one block from the main square so close to where you need to be. Would come back again
Great stay. Really a fun place and small enough. You can meet other travelers easily but, it's not overwhelming. Fernando was very kind and helpful. Location is perfect. I took trans land shuttle from antigua. Fernando set this up for me. Rudy was an excellent and safe driver.

Some americans were partying late at night with the manager so the noise was a problem cause most of the travel begin at 5 in the morning ! Moreover, the night guard should have had the key to open the fridge so we can take your stuff and a little breakfast but it wasn't the case when we wake up and have to left what was bought the day before and weren't able to eat! (maybe a consequence of the party) but maybe on other time it's quieter and less forgetfull
Good location, excellent shower, but a bit noisy as the room was next to the reception.
Okay hostel, nothing spectacular. Could do with an extra hammock. Copan Ruinas is a lovely little place to spend a day or 2. Coffee at casa Ixchel is highly recommended, as are the hot springs nearby.
Fernando is a really friendly owner who always made time to speak to the guests. He also made Friday and Saturday 'Happy Hour' all day!!
