Great place with great prices. The rooms were very cozy and beautiful. The bathroom were not very big but I think that is just typically french. We had some problems with our electricity in our first room but when we notified the front desk they asked us if we wanted to switch rooms and it was very hassle-free. Staff was very friendly. The location is not that bad and its very easy to travel by metro since there are 2 different stops by the hotel.

This is the worst hotel ever, With the rudest guest service manager ever!!!Be very careful if you are thinking of staying in there!!They booked me out 20:00 in the evening, after a whole day walking I came to the hotel and I found out that I don`t have a room...The worst thing is that they booked me in a HORRIBLE hotel and din`t even paid me a taxi!!!They sold my room for another person for a higher price and sent me out!! DON`T STAY THERE!!! You can find really professionals Hotels is Paris.

Area is really not safe for 'not locals' or 'black' people. Full of guys from RPA, Senegal, muslims. That is only one big minus - rest is ok when you compare it with price.

Don't trust the pictures! There are a lot of very beautiful rooms at this hotel but if you are paying the cheap price, you are getting the unrennovated room with furniture from the 80's and party ripped up baseboard. That being said, its a clean, safe place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The chapelle metro stop is less than five minutes away. It is also closish tot he Gare du Nord. But not close enough if you have too much luggage.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was kept very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was adequate with plenty of hot water. But the walls were thin and we were woken up multiple times by the other residents of our floor, having showers, drying their hair and closing doors, e.t.c. The hotel is near a metro stop and walking distance from Gare du Nord, however there are few shops or restaurants in the area that are aimed at tourists.

When I came to the hotel, they told, that there was a problem with my booked room and so I got an apartment. I had to take a taxi to get there (they gave my € 10,- for it, but I had to pay € 15,-) and it was a bit dificult to find the right room. But for me it was very positiv because I payed the same price like for the single room and I got an big apartment with a small kitchen, big bed, bathroom and Internet. The metrostation wasn´t that far away and there also were small shops nearby.

Not well organized. At all. The extra paid breakfast is really expensive and doesn´t worth it at all. (9€ for bad and poor foor each is like veeery expensive for a BF in Paris) We had some problems with the cleaning lady who stole a cigarrette from me. Not for that single cigarrette, but for the attitude. Watch out! they are really disorganized!
