very bad expierience. when we arrived we were told our room that we had booked had been sold and that they had got us a room at a ibis hotel 20 min away towards outside paris on the metro. we left and got a room in another hotel as the staff were very rude and not being helpful

The hotel was very nice for the price, but the location was not very comforting, especially at night. It was conveniently located near Gare du Nord which enable me quick access from the Eurostar, but most of the things I wanted to see were about a 25 minute metro ride away, which really isn't that terrible.
