The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The rooms were a little run-down. One major reservation is against the cleaniness - I could feel some crumbs on my bedsheet. Tattered towels in the bathroom. No toilet brush. Location is near the Gares de l'Est and du Nord - good if you're travelling by train or taking an RER from CDG. But generally a fair price-to-value ratio.

Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Gare du Nord in a bustling ethnic community. Staff was friendly and patient with my french. Hotel room was cozy. The bathroom was not so nice. The shower was too small to be functional cand drastically changed temperature with each unavoidable bump of the faucet while spraying water all over the bathroom floor. There was a visible hole in the bathroom floor which must have been used for a pipe at one time.

Good place to stay for 1 night before your departure from Paris 'cause this hotel is located 7-10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord where you can take a train to the airport CDG. If you want to stay longer choose another district to stay for.

Great place with great prices. The rooms were very cozy and beautiful. The bathroom were not very big but I think that is just typically french. We had some problems with our electricity in our first room but when we notified the front desk they asked us if we wanted to switch rooms and it was very hassle-free. Staff was very friendly. The location is not that bad and its very easy to travel by metro since there are 2 different stops by the hotel.
