Hotel de Bretagne Reviews

The room is clean & in good location. Staff are very friendly but they speak very little English. We had difficult time to carry our heavy luggage from ground floor to our room on 4th floor, no elevator! When we checked out, we desperately pushed and rolled our luggage down from our room to the ground floor. It was nice having wifi in room but the network is rather unstable & weak, we had to squat behind the door in order to access the wifi. Bathroom door was broken, the phone was broken too.

There was a confusion with my booking when I arrived there, and this took a lot longer to be resolved than was necessary. Luckily I speak French, otherwise would have been very hard. Room was fine for one night, but nothing spectacular. Was put on fifth floor, no lift, but small spiral staircase, so would be hard with lots of bags / children etc. good location for a quick weekend break to Lyon.
