Great staff. Bathroom was very clean and tidy , but dust could be seen on the corners of the room and on top of the TV. Great location. I would stay there again

The staff was friendly, the location was great and the breakfast was decent. The price was a little high and the room was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but overall, I had a pleasant stay. Merci !

Hotel is 5 minutes away from metro station which was very convenient. Breakfast was good (fresh bread and croissants even on Sunday!), room and bathroom were tiny but clean. Big thanks to all the staff - very friendly and helpful!!!!!!! Hotel is ideal for short visit stay, would definitely stay there again.

Rooms aren't that clean whereas the reception and breakfast area is. It's far too dark in the hallways, even during the day. It's time to replace the beds and bedding and the carpet. I don't believe it's a cheap Hotel and therefore you shouldn't be subject to poor quality bedding. The carpets desperately need changing, and our shower head didn't work. All in all it wasn't terrible but the photos are misleading. Hope this helps?

I loved staying here and will stay again, great staff who were very helpful, even with my questionable French. I rated the location as perfect as its near Gare de Nord and Gare de l'est even though the 10th in Paris is a tad dodgy.

Very close to Gare du Nord, lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Excellent value for money.

In a very good position, this hotel is the right solution to sleep in a double room with your lover without pay too much. The breakfast was until 9.30 with croissant, milk and coffee (not italian coffee :)). Furthermore they change towels and sheets keeping in order the room. May be the price should be lower but we went just before Easter and remember that Paris is expensive. Enjoy the city!

Was a nice hotel with a decent breakfast. Location was great once you gained a knowledge of your surroundings. If you don't know where you're going you could easily wonder into a sketchy part of the area but otherwise it is super easy to catch a metro, train, or walk to other parts of the city.

My stay at the Hotel de l'Europe was phenomenal. Spotlessly clean facility, hotel room, and bathroom (with my unit). The shower had terrific water pressure and hot water. Remarkably spacious rooms. Includes a breakfast, which I found pleasant. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Wifi didn't work though. Location is unbeatable. One block from gare du nord made it so convenient for Eurostar travelers. Highly recommend to individuals and couples of all ages.

i think hotel de I'Europe is good at the service. They are very friedly and always smile. They let me feel the day of the beginning is good when i ate breakfeast in the restaurant. but i feel the hotel is a little old, so the price is some expensive.

Great location near both the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Friendly receptionist who served us the nice little French breakfast. I just wished their elevator was working..when we had to stay on the 7th floor of this building.

Stayed in a double en-suite, basic but all you need. The location, staff, breakfast and staff are what makes this place excellent. Would highly recommend to those who aren't expecting luxury. One final note, even though it was -1 outside, the room was warm and toasty.
