Being two blocks away from the beach was a huge plus. The hotel itself wasn't beautiful, but quaint and the staff was warm and helpful. Room was nice and clean upon arrival and it was great how we could check out at 11 30am so that we could sleep in on our last day in Nice. I'd definitely suggest this to budget conscious travelers who still want a relaxing and quiet hotel that's close to the beach and offers fair facilities.

It's hard to find a parking lot close to the hotel, but that's more like a generela Nice issue than this hotel only;

It did not seem secure that we wer asked to leave our keys at the desk, yet when we would come to retrieve them, we could do this on our own, basically giving us the ability to take anyone's keys in we wished. No one checked which keys we took at all.
