there were no luggage room but staff asked us to put our luggage on a table in reception. in the room, they have TV but the controler didn't work. moreover, inside of the drawer was really dirty. on their website, it seemed like they have a bath in the room, but it wasn't in our room.

The rooms are extremely small. We could not sleep because our neigbours were laughing loudly.

The staff was not welcoming enough, in our opinion. They answered our questions but they did not look happy to do so, and we felt like we were bothering them. The evening receptionist was fine but the afternoon receptionist was very serious, and not talkative or helpful as expected. If they could do smth about this, it would be great. We asked about directions to find a place to eat and other people, not the receptionist, ended up telling us where to go.
