Nice and clean room to sleep in but I didn't feel too comfortable walking back to the hostel at night. The staff were great. Not sure I would return, but there aren't very many hostel options in Toulouse.

We have arrived late in the evening to meet at the reception an extremely helpful member of staff who not only quickly registered us and served us our room but also helped with the luggage. The location is perfect for late travelers as it's located only a short walk from the train and bus stations (in fact, you can see the rail station Toulouse Matabieu from the hotel), it's not far either from the historical city centre.

Great value for money. Very close from the last shuttle stop when c'ming from the airport. I would stay there again.

The rooms are small, with a well equiped toilette, furniture is minimal, but all is very clean. The staff is really great: very reliable and helpful. Good location near the bus and train station and at 1km from center.

simple accomodations in a very very convenient location - 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walking from the centre. Friendly staff that explained where we could go and what we could see. The room was great except that occassionally sewer-smells emerged out of the bathroom and the toilet made some sort of bubbling sounds periodically. No complaints - I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This Hotel is ok. so clean, most of the staff can speak english or spanish, they give you tips about the city, and is so close to the train station. the only problem could be the noise outside because is a busy street, also by night, for us it was ok, but if you want something more quiet, maybe it can disturb you.

It was a great stay at the Hotel des Ambassadeurs. The staff was really nice, we had a little room with a funny shape; but everything we needed. It's really well isolated; we hardly heard any noise from outside.

Close to the trsin station. Good, basic clean hotel good for an overnight stay with an early train to catch.

literally one block away from the train station which is really convenient, and just a five/ten minute walk from the main area with all the shops and museums and things. The people at the front desk are really nice and give you a map and tell you about all the places you can visit, and checkout is at 11 so you don't have to wake up ridiculously early. A great place, I really liked it!

The street where the hotel is placed is full of prostitutes at night. Be careful.

Hotel des Ambassadeurs in just accross the station which is very convenient. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms clean. Value for money!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent advice and directions and made our stay in Toulouse much more wonderful than it would have been without their help.

The staff was very helpful and fun. They helped us with dinner reservations and sites to see several times. The breakfast was a nice continental one. The room was clean and functional. Cannot complain.

top place to stay if your ever in toulouse, the staff are helpfull, its clean and tidy and only a short walk from the center and the main bus/train station

The location of the hotel was okay near to the train & bus station. The staff were helpful, but there's no lift to used & we we're at the 3rd floor, the room i feel that we dont have privacy because we can heared the other guests talking from their room and vice versa, the bed we're just enough for 2persons eventhough we booked a superior double bed

The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to see in the city and where to eat. The street the hotel is on is fine and the location is right by the train station, but the surrounding streets aren't safe (which the staff warned us about when we arrived).

A pleasant stay! The hotel is located in a strategic place, near the city center and the train/bus station. The room is clean and quiet. Good value for money!
