2013/4に親と一泊しました。 場所はparmenier駅から徒歩5分ほど。深夜帰っても大通り沿いだったため人も多く安全な方だと思います。Hotelからcouronnes駅まで歩くと徒歩10分ほどで大きなマルシェにも行けるので立地はいいです。 建物は寂れたテナントビルのような状態。中にはバイトのような男性がだいたい二人。人にもよりますが比較的穏やかで対応は丁寧だと感じました。 そのうち一人はオーナーなのかとても明るく仏語が全くな私達にも英語やジェスチャーで色々観光名所や行き方、日本好きな話などしてくれて以前泊まった場所よりも外国人に対する対応は良心的だと思いました。 荷物の預かりはその人達が待機している場所にポンと置かれただけだったので不安でしたが何もなく無事だったので問題無いかなと。 部屋はホステルか学生寮という感じ。観光気分で行くとがっかりするかも。隣の声も聞こえます。テレビ、無料wifi(ログイン方法は受付で聞く)コンセントの差し込みも複数あったので実用的ではありました。ドライヤーなしです。 タバコの臭いが気になりましたが水回りはキレイでシャワーも問題なく使えました。

A really good place for what we paid. The room was clean and also had TV and Wifi. Staff was really polite, helping us how to reach some destinations. I would definitely recommend it .

Room and shower very small, very poor lighting except the powerful street light shining straight in as no blind. Internally very noisy,banging sqeeaky doors dont fit and hinges need oiling

For a budget place, Andelys is good enough. If you just need a bed for the night (and we didn't need more), this place is ok. It's nothing special, we didn't find anything disgusting, they cleaned the bathroom everyday and we got fresh towels everyday. No complaints.

It was conveniently located to a metro. The room was pretty basic. Bathroom was very small. Found cockroach in a bathroom.

The location was okay, although in Paris you NEED to take the metro anywhere you go so it doesn't matter much where you stay. This place was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. It grosses you out as you walk in and our blankets smelt like they hadn't been washed in months. The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. My suggestion would be to spend a couple extra euro and get something MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer than this. Might I add that I am a college student so my standards aren't even high to begin with.

I found that with the Metro line so close the hotel was convenient for most sightseeing in Paris. Unfortunately it is near a base for emergency vehicles so there are sirens at odd hours, however I didn't think it was a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a bit of mold on the roof and the bathroom was a little disgusting - a bit moldy and leaky. However, it was what I was looking for in Paris as it had a cosy French feel that I liked. The wifi and new tv was also good.

The location is very good, but the shower was leaking all over the floor. It was unbelievably cold in the room.

Location is very good and for the amount of money spent it is definitely worth it. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, even though most of the really struggled with their english, but I guess their not alone in Paris with that problem. Probably not the best place I've been to. But I'd definitely stay here next time I'll go to Paris as well!

staff was very nice and genuine, however, the room was very dirty and had a bad stench. The showers had mildew and just overall a very unclean room. Staff and location were not bad at all but everything else was pretty terrible.

Filthy rooms. Broken bed. Unflushable toilet. Hair and grime in the shower. An awful smell in the hallway. Staff who don't speak English or French. Dirty, unvacuumed floors. They advertised that they accept credit cards but asked for cash only on arrival. We left as soon as we got there. We offered them money for the first nights accommodation and they expected more and tried to argue with us. Asking for money to stay here is as good as thieving.
