Location is very good, metro station is near and with metro travelling to other parts of the city is very easy. Next to the hostel is also very nice restaurants and good bakery. Hostel is clean but sheets and towels looks bit old and used, but that was small minus. Staff was nice too and morning coffee was good!

The hostel has a good location and a nice reception, but we were worried about the late checking in, wrote the hostel two emails and never got any answers. The lock on our room was hard to open as well as the doors, it was really noisy to open and close them. In the room the tap was leaking and all of the room was moldy. It was really hot and we didn't have ventilator. There wasn't a toilet on our floor. These are small things but if these will be fixed, the hostel will be way better!

Firstly, this is a crappy hotel not a hostel - our room was dirty and there was bits of tiles missing etc. not a great location either, and staff are as unhelpful as possible. Apparently there was a kitchen somewhere, but we couldn't see it anywhere. If you can stay somewhere else, do it.

Stayed two nights in the room. It was never cleaned during our stay. Wifi worked only in the early morning. One night there was no hot water in the room. When complained to the receptionist he said he does not work there, and the person who works will come tomorrow. Though an hour later the problem was fixed. Tiny not convenient room.

Staff didn't speak English. Only one power outlet in room

Great position, metro station is right next to the hotel (Parmentier), food stores are also close. We had private ensuite, but really small bathroom, couldn't even enter a shower, because shower doors were opening toward inside of the shower!! So we could barely get in it and water would sprinkle around the rest of the bathroom, cause we couldn't use the doors to close it. There was no wardrobe also.

Beds were clean and comfortable but the bathroom was in very poor condition with full of mold and a very dirty shower curtain. We were three persons in a 3-bedroom for 2 nights. Bathroom was extremely small, shower drain was clogged and water drained slowly. No cleaning was provided in spite of asking for it, neither the waste bin was emptied. No wifi signal in room, need to go 2 floors downstairs near reception to catch any wifi. No lift so people with heavy luggage beware.

The beds were absolutely amazing, so soft. The room was clean and the hostel was quiet. The staff at our checkin was very quiet and not very helpful, he didn't seem to speak good english or french, but when we checked out it was a different staff member and we had no problems, he was very nice and let us leave our bags there until we left Paris that evening. Overall, the stay was nice and cheap and all we really did was sleep there and it served its purpose well.
