the only advantage of this hostel is that it is the side of a subway station (and it will be necessary). Neighborhood weird and dangerous, hostel staff only speak French and the smell of the corridors is horrible.

Great price for Paris. Having to share the shower between all other guests might be a bit of a push in summer months or for longer stay but as we were only there 2 nights didn't really affect us.

It was a quiet hotel, very nice rooms for the money you pay!

All in all it was good. The metro station was just across the street so it made it verry easy to get around. The area itself is out of the way and a bit eerie at night but the hotel itself was fine....what more could ya want than a bed and shower.

Excellent location ,excellent price, but the room smells a cigarrets, and the mice forgot the bath towels!!! Good shower, metro station so so close!!!! I recomend because of the price and location. Only to sleep !!! if you want to stay more time at a hostel you must look another, with better atmosphere.

CLEAN all rooms and hall. Give hot water for all day, tourists are always out in the city so the hotel will not spend so much water but working hours of the shower it is nonsense!!! What's really irritates! No glasses in the room. It was very cold in the room as the windows are of prehistoric times and the battery works only in the night. Tell about all this on the site (shower, central heating) and there will not be problems for tourists. I will know what I pay for.

The location was good, very close to the metro station. No toilet in room, only 2 shower rooms for the building, but we have no problem waiting.

it is pretty old and is located quite far away from the city centre but super near the metro stop. equipments are old but clean. private rooms, cheap as long as it is in Paris.

Me and a friend stayed over New year- we had a en suite twin room. It was perfect as all we were doing was sleeping there and getting ready in the morning. The room was cleaned daily and everyday we had fresh towels - it was basic accommodation but for the price and the location excellent. Loved it and would defiantly go back!

Wifi doesn't work in high floors. Just have one bathroom in each floor and just in 1st and 2nd floor is possible to take a shower. Little bit old, but nice with the price.

Really good, the breakfast was really nice, each day a little different. No complications. The owner speaks italian, french, english and a little spanish which was helpful and she was really kind with us all the time. The only downside was the shared bathroom, our room has its own shower+cleaner, but no WC. The location is good considering its on the Lido island which isnt the best for a winter vacation.

I dont recommend this hostel. Because they dont open the heaters at day time. So It was freezy when We stayed there. Only at nights they open the heaters but it was not enough until the morning so you feel the real cold at this hostel. Stay away from this hostel!!!

was a nice stay, we even got bumped to a room with an ensuite, very close to subway station.

For price ok, but 2 shower for 20 rooms or more it's a bit not enought ;)

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. Also, the wifi worked very well and we were impressed with it compared to other places we have stayed. I had a great time here.

It was a nice place. The rooms were nice and clean. We can recommend this place.

The manager was very unpolite and the front desk was closed bevor 11pm.

VERY NOISY, BUGS IN THE BEDS, EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Booked five nights, but found another place after the 2nd night due to such terrible conditions. We were told we weren't able to get a refund for the 3rd night because it was a holiday and since it was on the weekend our refund for the 4th and 5th nights couldn't be processed until after Monday. That was more than 3 weeks ago - No refund has been processed and they refuse to respond to our attempts at contact. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I can say it is good value for my budget trip. Cheap price, nice staff and good view of my room. It is located SUPER near to metro station SIMPLON, only 50m to hostel. WIFI is only limited to lobby as we stayed at 6th floor. Lift was provided so that bulky luggage can be easily accessed to upper floors. However, it is quite horrible when you go public bathroom at night, because corridors are extremely dark and lights have to be switched on by yourselves >,< But overall speaking, WORTH A STAY!

This was our second stay in the hotel and we recommend it - a cheap accommodation opportunity in a good location in the 18th arrondissement, 15 metres from a metro station. It was sometimes a bit loud during the night but I guess that is a problem everywhere in Paris. People at the reception do speak English which is quite rare. The room was cleaned every day.
