I only stay at this hotel when I am in Paris, and when I'm there, it's my home. Comfy rooms, really good location, not too loud and 24 hour entry. Only having two showers in the hotel is okay if you shower at night, the first floor shower is better as the second floor has a timer on it. Lots of hot water to soothe your muscles after a full day of walking around the city! This trip I stayed in room 43, and the bed was broken, springs sticking out everywhere and made for an uncomfortable stay.

I liked being so close to two major metro lines. It was very easy to get anywhere I needed to be. The walls are very thin, but everyone was courteous of each other at night.

not the most ideal location however it is on line 4 which is a very good line as it passes through the center of paris into the most touristic spots. the owner is nice however the cleaning staff are exceptionally rude and will wake you up at absolute latest 9.30am. great value for money however the atmosphere is very dull. if i was on a budget hotel again then i would return to the hotel no worries!

This is not a hostel or hotel, but rather a "Pension": there are no common areas, which is a downer if you're solo. The only two showers are on floors 1 and 2, so you must use the elevator to use them. I was there for five days in the winter, and the heat in my room was never on.. Finally, the beds are the worst I have ever slept on. Still, I would recommend because of good location (50m from M4 Simplon) and low price. Just set your expectations very low and you won't be disappointed.

A narrow "hostel" without anyother facilites except small badrooms. One toilet for one floor. If you are located in higher stairs, care the aged wooden floor which makes a bzzzzzzzz at every step you take. Low ratio quality/price. To be honest, the worst hostel I have ever seen. I moved out only after two nights.

Well the only irritating thing was the cleaner who knocked to our doors every morning at 9 am waking us up. That was the only thing which i clearly disliked. Everything else is perfect for a budget travel.

Shouldnt expect a fancy thing cause its not. But it was clean, and decent linen. Drawer kinda s****y, though. Lights burnt and had to use reading ones. Not a top location but decent and close to Paris ultra reliable metro system. Most of all, it was cheap. Excelente value for money in an expensive city like Paris.

Bad ratio of quality per the money paid. Staff refused to take into account the 10% amount paid via Hostelworld. So we paid the whole sum on pur arrival.

Overall the Hotel was good. Its location few steps away from the metro line 4 is definitly an advantage. What I found very inconvinient was the fact that the bathroom and the toilet were very cold. Also in the way to our room (7) the corridor which gives access to rooms 6, 7 had a very bad smell as if there was a duct from a kitchen or so, this needs to be improved definitively.

During my stay I didn't have any problems! Really nice location. I just have one suggestion, the staff could be nicer! I don't know why in my room always smelled like food and all my clothes stay with that smell.

The worst thing in this hotel is that there are only 2 showers for all rooms! Additional is that they are opened only from 7 to 10 a.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. It's mistunderstanding!

Rooms are somewhat clean, windows don't shield the nois from outside very good. Because of it's good location the hotel is perfect if you spend your whole day out in the city and go there just for the night.

it's basic.... but for everyone who cannot pay the very very high rates in paris, it's an absolute paradies.... it's is not located in downtown, but the metro is less then a minute away and takes you to everywhere... by the way monmatre (where the hotel is located) is a very nice area too and has also his tourist attractions.... everything was very very okay there.... i can recommend it

For sure the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. When we arrived, the room wasn't clean so we asked the receptionist to send the cleaning woman. In the evening, when we came back, the room stank and we found some hairs under the bedspread and a bad smell of smoke on the pillows, sheets and towels too At 9:15 AM someone knocked badly our door for 3 times in 30 mins to clean the room (the check out was at 12:00) Rude staff, bad district, only 2 showers for 6 floors Absolutely not recommended

I was very happy with the hotel. It is more or less what I expected.Very clean compared to the comments I read about the hotel. The area is very good because it is basically in Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur is within 10 minutes of walking distance, if not closer. I appreciated the place overall and I would definitely come back for another stay here.Of course, a person who expects luxury wouldn't come here, so the bad comments are made by people with high expectations when really they shouldn't.
