not so large rooms, but maybe the best location in bruxelles.

A lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get a front facing room so we could open our double doors and listen to the string trio that played outside. Rooms were tidy, clearly freshly painted and clean and plenty big enough for a short brask in Brussels. Easy access from a choice of metro stations so getting to other parts of the city was really easy and one street away from the Grand Place. Staff always had a smile.

Arrived and was told I had been moved and should have been mailed to be told. I had not had any contact and insisted that I stay at that hotel. They found me a room.

Staff was quite friendly. We have a catch an early train and they managed to prepare our breakfast earlier instead of 7 am.

It is a budget hotel that serves its purpose well. Of course it doesn't have an amazing character or atmosphere but it succeeds in everything you that you need to have a pleasant nights stay; it is clean, safe and in a fantastic location. Also the staff member that was at reception for the entire night (and morning!) that me and my friends stayed there was awesome and remained friendly even when we saw him in conversation with some really rude guests.

Everything was fine, except the wifi was not working the first night I was there. The men at the front desk were very nice and patient trying to help me connect to the internet, but to little avail. The breakfast is a tad less than average. Nothing of much substance.

It was a little difficult to find, but it was in the perfect location near the train station and many popular places and restaurants. We loved our stay!!

The location was great, but the reception was very rude and continually tried to make things unneccessarily difficult. Noise also travels up the stairwells which can easily be heard at night.

Location is the best part of this hotel. If you plan to roam a lot and need a place just to sleep in the night and refresh, this is an ideal one.

Ugly room interior. Ugly and potentially unsanitary bedding cover (cheeta print). Bathroom smelled a little strange. Poor ventilation
