Staff were rude and unhelpful. I booked in to the hotel because I was unwell and wanted to just watch tv and sleep. The tv didnt work and I couldnt sleep a wink because of the noise of a water tank or something. When I informed the staff they were completely useless and there wasnt even a manager available. Awful...
