The hotel staff where very friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. They picked us up from the airport which was a surprise which we where not expecting. The hotel was also able to organise the rest of our trip in Nepal, Tibet and India.
Rooms are adequate and clean with English speaking TV channels.
The location is excellent only a short walk to the centre of Thamel but yet set on a quiet lane way.

Iwas impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quality of food served, location and prices here. You could probably get better value for your money but the staff are very friendly and you feel quite safe while you are there. I'd also like to see a more even ratio of men to women working in reception.
