I've heard about the hotel being noisy due to heavy traffic on the street, but that's a matter of chance - we were on the quiet side of the hotel. Our problems were with hair everywhere and only one towel for our twin room.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the heart of Brussels, and conveniently near the Central Station. The price is good for what's offered, and is cheaper than other hotels in the area. If you're looking for a private room to share between 3, this is a good place to stay.

Simple hotel with basic rooms Would be hard to find a better location. In the middle of the centre Good breakfast as well Right place if you are looking for a hotel only to sleep and rest

Best location ever. Fifth floor (top) not too noisy at all. Great internet with Skype, headset and camera. Excellent staff. Shower in room was a bit dirty and didn't work properly. Clean sheets and towels. Clear shared bathroom. Would stay again but would prefer a better shower.

When we arrived in Brussels we saw that the hotel was being renovated. Therefore the staff told us that our room was not available due to repair work. They found us a room at Hotel The Moon which is next.
