A hotel in an idyllic location on the Rhone and a five minute walk from the train station, the Hotel Regence was more than any traveler could ask for: charming,comfortable, clean, and safe. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, and the breakfast included in the price was a perfect start to a day of sightseeing in Arles. Highly recommended! This place was absolutely darling!!! Our room was beautiful, and impeccably clean, and so comfortable. Everything in Arles was an easy walking distance, it's a short walk from the train station, and it's right on the Rhone river. We loved it!!!This place was absolutely darling!!! The place was a good value, cute, and the guy and his wife who run it were helpful. My only complaint comes from when we checked in, we had 2 friends who were staying in nearby Avignon with us, and they spent the evening with us before leaving at 9pm for their hotel. The staff was suspicious from then on, with having 5 people in our room. We only had 3 and were paying for a 4 person room, so we were upset at their accusations. If this hadn't occurred it would have been awesome. The place was a good value, cute, and the guy and his wife who run it were helpful.
