The room was nice and clean, it\'s just that the remote for the tv is not working. Awful. Arrived at hotel Sabina & were sentwithout apology or explanation to hotel Du Congres. We booked with hostel world for double room inc breakfast. got to hotel du congress & they tried to charge for breakfast,on arrival and on leaving. also tried to make us pay the 10% that wed paid throuh hostel world; after a huge argument in their foyer, finally got our way. disgustingly rude & did not listen. worst experience ever. We booked a double bed, but received two single beds in a damp, not-so-clean room. We had booked a double but was told to put the beds together. After a brief look at his computer, he found a double bed the following day, which was good and clean! Brilliant if you get the better rooms, but there are a couple of rooms that are rubbish.
