The staff here was so accommodating and I could not even ask for a better experience. The location was great, and it was more like being at home than anything else. Although double glazing hgas been installed in the rooms facing the street, it was not that effective against noise funneling up from the street. As a result, sleep was at a premium. A kettle in the room would have been good. Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived nobody answered the door and we were locked outside with our packs for over an hour. Got yelled at for shutting the door too loudly and being loud at about 6 pm. Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. So close to the main sights!Comfortable & clean.Staff are friendly & helpful.Whilst breakfast not included, Hotel is surrounded by nice cafes but more information could be published about this.Heating effective, room comfortable.Ensuite clean and use of space good, but some more hooks or shelves would be good addition.I would recommend this place to friends as good budget stay. Leonardo and Francesca speak excellent English, were very helpful with giving directions and making reservations at the Uffizi and Academio museums for us. This is an excellent place to stay for reasonable rates. Free internet also a plus.
