The best thing about Hotel Seagull is their free return bus service from and to the airport. The breakfast was mediocre and you had to pay for it. The room was clean but the double bed was really tiny.

This Hotel Seagull was very refreshing, elegant, friendly and reasonable in price.
Since our flight from Kansai International
Airport was discontinued and we had already
made the reservation, we discovered it was
a nice surprise to stay and use the trains when we left, despite the construction and detours when we arrived. The breakfast
buffet was lovely, filling and reasonable too.

They should get the pick up situation sorted, just tell clients to meet at S11 parking bay on the acceptance e mail No big deal! Until they try it over the phone! A disaster.

We stayed here only one night after our arrival at Kansai airport late in the evening.
It was close to the airport and suited our first night very well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us on our way the next day.
One tip though, if you want the shuttle to pick you up, you will need to call once you arrive to book it.

Excellent choice if you have to overnight for a flight connection. Not hotel cheap, but you get a free shuttle to and from the airport which saves on train and taxi fares, so that needs to be taken into account. A lot cheaper than the Nikko! Breakfast (Japanese or Western)costs Y800 or there is a shopping centre with lots of cafes and some restuarants just a few minutes walk from the hotel - you see this as the shuttle bus doubles back to get to the hotel. The hotel restaurant closes at 21:0...
