Location on the island is brilliant, being in front of FMN. Makes for an easier arrival as you won't get lost in the maze of Venice. Yet it's away from the really crowded touristy venues. There's a good lagoon view, excellent staff and a decent breakfast. The rooms were gorgeous and clean too. Each room comes with it's own fridge and television.
