The hostel is pretty good and the boss there is very kind. If there is some meet in breakfast then it will be perfect.

The same person obviously owns three different apartment/room buildings in Fussen. When we got to the hostel, there was nobody at the reception, eventhough it was during working hours. We had to phone the owner to let him know we arrived and wanted to check in. we waited for almost half an hour. After we finally checked in, everything was fine!

no key for the roo, so anyone can enter in. have extra pay for the locker. Actually it's not a hostel but an appartment with several beds in a room. the price is good through

Loudest, worst night sleep I have ever had in a hostel (and I've been to quite a few). The entire house sounds like its going to fall down every timr someone takes a step. Oh, and good luck if you are in a dorm, because any time someone moves, the bunks creak, and if they go to the bathroom, chances are you'll wake up then, too. Owner is rude and unhelpful. Do not be swayed by the low price-- it is not worth the sleepless night!

I thought it was great! The only thing was that the bedroom door didn't lock but it wasn't a problem for me. The included breakfast was hot rolls, juice and tea or coffee. Perfect for me! I thought it was great value for the cost. They even carried my luggage up and down the stairs! I would definately go there again.

The rooms are on the floors above the club and since there isn't a/c, you leave the windows open - so if smoke and noise bother you, this is not the place for you. For those who like music, the place is really popular. It is only 5 minutes from train station and is in a GREAT location.

Nice hostel, rooms are spacious and the facilities are very clean. Unfortunately there is only a fridge but no kitchen for guests.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and it was just a short walk from the center of town. My one complaint is that I had trouble finding anyone to answer my questions later in the evening after I'd already checked in.

There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived and the dorm was booked out (even though we had booked online), but the owner was very gracious and upgraded us to a private room! The breakfast was delicious, worth paying extra for, and the hostel was cute and clean. I'm sure it would be difficult to find better in Fuessen!

It was a pretty decent hostel, like staying in an extra large house. Location was pretty good, not too far from the train station, and I had a view of the alps and castles from my room. Only con was maybe the staff, I think she might have just been there for the off season, but it was only one girl who tense to lock herself away in the reception/kitchen. I noticed thy she didn't even speak German, only English (and it wasn't her first language), and she couldn't recommend anyplace to eat.

The lock on the doors are very old style and they make a big noise when opening and closing the door. Due to usually there are 4 people in a room and there's only 1 bathroom on the ground floor, a lot of people come upstairs and during the evening the continuous opening and closing sounds have to be listened to. It was annoying very much.
