The price just changed the day we arrived. However it was a good price and breakfast & internet were included. The breakfast was excellent and the family is very kind.

Good location. Friendly staff. But they didn't keep the price we had booked through Hostelworld. I paid 10% while booking, but the staff charged me the 100% (peak season, they said). In the future, I won't trust in the Hostelworld services.

This place is really great. The people are really welcoming and friendly. Very closed of the city center but quiet. And you can cook there if you want. The place to be in Bethleem!

I stayed here for Christmas Eve, so it was busy. There was a mixup when I first arrived, and my bed wasn't ready right away, but that's ok as I just wanted to drop my stuff off, and come back later. The owners are nice. Breakfast is comforting. I was a little nervous to stay here, because of the religious aspect, but it wasn't too bad. One thing - people in the neighbourhood (including taxis) don't seem to know where exactly the hostel is. Ask for precise directions from an English speaker!

I really enjoyed my time at the Hostel. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, and it was like it was being in a family. However, when you're paying a lot of money over Christmas, this has been the first hostel I've been to that lectures guests over taking warm showers. My booking was a little confused as well, especially since noone seemed to know where to put me and then told me to move to a different hostel. Overall good but you definitely need to streamline the reception process.

Even though the people there are nice, they are GREEDY about money. I had to leave a day earlier, and I did not get a refund. I had to beg them to get a partial refund. Also, it is EXTREMELY COLD during the night. The hostel is far from the center of the city. Nobody goes to this hostel, when I was there it was empty and I was the only guest.
