Staff was very friendly and polite. Location is a bit far from Plitvice Lakes, which was our original destination but it is 10km away which is not that far if you have a car. We had two rooms a shared kitchen which was more than what was booked initially. Atmosphere score was reduced due to french mature couple that were in next room. Past 22:00 p.m. they requested us to keep it quiet and practically ruined our night as we have to whisper in order to talk. Payment with credit card was N/A.

The apartment is an amazing place to stay, especially if you have a car. It is only 2 km from the "Big Waterfall." It's fairly easy to get to if you walk through the park, but if you have to take the main road it's about 10km. The grandmother who owns the house is caring and friendly, but speaks little English. Her son and daughter were very helpful! Because the Big Waterfall is opposite the entrance to the park there is no ticket booth. We didn't have to pay to get in either day.
