Excellent staff, good value for money, very good location and very quiet... Not a party hostel. Excellent cakes from Grace.

There is a lot for one person to be managing alone, a perfect place for volunteers to help out for a couple nights (www.workaway.info) In a relatively quiet street only a short walk from all the action. Not a party hostel at all; ideal for solo travellers and those seeking a short break.

Nice, clean and friendly place to stay. This hostel caters more to the individual traveler offering mostly private rooms. The downside to this is it didn't have the backpacker type of energy and group atmosphere. The host was very pleasant and helpful with all of my needs, fluent in English too. I saw one review complaining about her young son living there but I only saw him once and he was very well behaved. The hostel is in a great, safe location near the metro, shopping and night life.
