breakfast is good, location is good. staff - not so good. they charged the full price on my card without my authorisation before arrival. I am pretty sure that they double charged the 10% deposit, but the receptionist's english was so bad that I could not really discuss that problem with him.

At the front desk there were two people: the older, shorter guy was super nice and helpful, but the younger and higher was incredibly rude! I've never met a person like that in my whole life! I don't think he should work there. Value for money is ok.
