Directions to Howards Mountain Lodge

From the North (Waitomo caves, Taumarunui) - Coming south on highway 4 National Park is 37km south of Taumarunui. Carroll Street is the first on the right as you enter the Village.

Howards Lodge is on Carroll Street, about 400 metres from the main highway, on the left hand side just past the school.

From the North-East (Rotorua, Taupo, Turangi, Whakapapa Village) – Heading south west on highway 47 to it’s end. This is National Park village. Turn right onto highway 4 and go about 200 metres, Carroll street is the last street on the left before you leave the village.

From the South (Wellington, Turoa, Ohakune, Wanganui) – Head north on highway 4, after entering National Park Village Carroll street is the last street on the left before you leave the village.
