This guesthouse was a peaceful slice of Northern Thailand. The staff could not have been more obliging. They held my room for a night without charge, while I overnighted at an elephant sanctuary, allowing me to keep my luggage in it. On the morning of my departure, the guy on reception rang my transport when they were not exactly on time. Situated just outside the moat, five minutes from Thapae gate. Nice restaurant nearby. Not a party hostel which is a pro for me.

Great location on quiet street. Good walking distance to night bazaar and easy to find your way home with lots of facilities close by. No breakfast included but not far too far to walk. Staff were helpful when needed. Pretty clean except our bathroom was a little mouldy. Bed was comfortable for our 'western tastes' we actually left another hotel that was horrible and went here and so glad we did! Will stay again

I had an evening flight out of CM and the staff let me stay in my room all afternoon for free. Very cool thing to do. A little expensive, but not overly so. Adding a free breakfast would make the place more enticing. There were free snacks available because of Chinese New Year. It's a quiet place, which counts for a lot with me.

Really liked this place except it's not a place to meet people! Coco who worked there was great and very helpful. Thought the location was good, nice and quiet but in walking distance to everything. No room safes or place to leave your valuables but I was assured there were 10 security cameras. Bed was extremely comfortable! Shower was good too.. Room was tidied everyday with fresh towels left. I would recommend this place again but maybe not for a solo traveller like me.

No breakfast but not a problem as plenty of places to eat near by Room walls quite thin so potentially a bit loud Aside from those two small things could nt recommend this place enough, staff so very helpful and nice. Rooms were very quaint and nice and locatin was near everythg you need but quite with a lovely garden. Would definately stay again.

Lovely comfy hostel with a certain style. Staff very competent. Loads to do around but you need to search yourselves. Good location, good wifi, no breakfast. But amazing cafe 2 mins away. Would recommend
