Mr Wayne makes us feel like home!! many thanks for that! If you are interested in having some nice tours, he can arrange the tour with Jan (the driver), which will be a little bit more expensive than regular tours, but it worths each cent!! Jan doesn't speak English but is surprisingly communicative!!!

The location is good - it's just outside of the downtown area with a great view of the mountain. The hotel will pick you up for free if you arrive by bus, and also offers free transportation from the hotel to the bus that takes you into the park. The staff is helpful and friendly and speaks some English. Good value and a comfortable place.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was fine, though despite being close to the park entrance, it took time to get to the actual bus stations that would take you to the park.

Stayed here for one night only during low season. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the woman/family who ran the resturant outside the lodges. The bamboo nudle soup was fantastic. A thing that was kind of annoying was that wi-fi connection only were available in the lobby which was located about 1500m from my room. Still a great place though

Nice place. Wayne is helpful to explain about the mountain etc. I stayed in the Garden Room, was nice and luckily pre-heated when I arrived as it was very cold during my visit. When coming back from the mountain I stayed a few hours at the hotel to wait for dinner and later go to the airport. The dinner was nice but I have to say it was very cold waiting in the badly isolated garden room that is used as restaurant area. They did put on the aircon for me though.
