The staff here went above and beyond to help me get my iPad back after I stupidly left it under my pillow at the hostel. I was so relieved to get it back! This in general is your average hostel, but from my experience, the staff members were fabulous.

After staying in hanoi backpackers this turned out to be a real disappointment. Not as clean. Not many people staying there. Air conditioning units switched off during the day. Staff not as nice either. Overall too expensive for the price being charged

Social and small hostel with a pub/ restaurant on site. Female dorm has lockers under the bunks for backpacks.. Bit of a wait on the ensuite bathroom as shared between 8 women! All in all though it's a good place to meet other travellers who are travelling alone or in a group.

Some of the best and the worst examples of humanity on display here, mostly the latter. Cramped, damp rooms, insufficient bathroom facilities. Party-goers who lack respect for their fellow travellers seemingly encouraged by staff / owners. No staff sympathy or assistance to control or prevent a man from outside hostel waving his willy loudly round female dorm at 3am :0(

Location was good, easy to meet other travelers, reasonably clean However, the room 'Carnavale' had a really difficult lock to open. You had to really force the key in before turning. I mean, I wouldn't know its gonna be that difficult, so I thought it was not the right key and went down to ask the staff for help. She turned to roll her eyes, then gave a bored look and said 'ok come up with me'. I mean, if people have asked before, you should either change the lock or inform us. Many people had

Does what it says on the tin. Clean rooms, good AC, comfortable beds, free breakfast on check out. Lockers big but not all that strong, and the bar is expensive. Busy place so make sure you book ahead, even in low season.

Great place for young people to stay. I am in the 60-70 age range and found it a little noisy, however did nt spoil my time there.

Even though we only stayed one night in this hostel it was fantastic! The room we had was great and it was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening to just read a book before going out for dinner. The hostel is located to tons of great shopping and lots of food. The food around the hostel is more western but you can still find some vietnamese food if you look hard enough. The staff was also great never had any issues with them at all.

Solid hostel. Friendly, very lively and a great place to meet other backpackers. The wifi was slow and one shower and toilet shared between 10 in a dorm. However, modern PC's downstairs compensated for the lack of remote Internet connectivity. Had a good stay here and would recommend to others.

Good hostel, easy to meet people, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only downside is that they turned off the AC during the day and it was quite hot at times.
