A really nice place, well located with helpful and friendly staff, not to pushy to book stuff aswell. Breakfast is basic but good, fills a hole in the morning and gets you going. I would recommed this place.

Nice hotel. only spent 1 night here but got more than I had bargained for. Good service, no complaints. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at our hotel and out of the hotels we have stayed in (Hanoi, Halong, Ninh Binh, Hue, Hoi an & Nha Trang) it was definitely the best. The staff were unbelievably helpful and really made our stay so easy. The assistance in organising trips, postcards and bus tickets was so appreciated! The laundry service returned our garments to us the same day! We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay there again!
