Hummingbird Apartment is a comfortable one bedroom self catering holiday apartment is located just 15 minutes walk to Leidseplein.
The living room has a TV, sofa and a coffee table as well as two single stretcher beds for two guests. The great garden and street views makes this apartment perfect for family and friends.
Connected to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen which has a sink, cooking stove, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a dining table in the same area.
The bathroom is bright with shower, bath, sink, mirror and toilet. Towels will be provided. This apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.
Providing privacy for two guests is the bedroom which has a double bed and a mirror with a bedside lamp. Blankets, sheets, and bed linen will be provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash & credit cards
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check in 30 Euros.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
