Owen and Barbara make their guests very welcome. Clean rooms, well- equipped kitchen. The shared facilities - showers and toilets - are spotless. The hostel is really well placed for walkers or bikers onn the Beara Way. Supplies can be bought at Peg's store at about 100 m down the road. The campsite is roomy, too.

Owners so lovely! very clean and nice kitchen and living room area with open fire place. Not for party though, as far from big towns, but close to nice pubs to meet locals. No breakfast included so make sure that you bring your own food! kitchen very well equipped.

The hostel was perfect - spic and span, comfortable and good value and the owner has lots of contacts for local activities. A great base for walking the trackless rugged Caha mountains or the low level Beara Way. Good accommodation in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world!
