Lovely place. Cosy and comfortable and ideal for individuals and families. The facilities were great. Very clean. I had the best night sleep and felt very rested after my stay there. The owner is lovely and has time for those that are staying. Very helpful.

Cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in and very good value. Superb location if you want to drive the Healy pass. Thoroughly recommend this hostel. A cut above most others. Thanks

This is a hostel on the grounds of a caravan park. With a well equipped kitchen, a fridge full of beer (just what you need after a long day of hiking) and very clean facilities. The host is very nice and helpfull.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at Hungry Hill Lodge! Softest sheets, squashiest beds, great location and a fantastic experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the space and quiet with such friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

Really really really awesome!!!

It's on a camping site. Wi-Fi's not working properly, no matter where you are. Bathrooms are not the cleanest. No curtain to shower and right beside toilet. We were on first floor but even if there was plastic wrap in windows, there was 4 holes by which people could watch us. Beds were okay. Cash only. No breakfast included, but you can pay to get one.
