A. From the Railway Station 'Gambir/main station Jakarta':
By taxi: Look for 'Blue Bird Taxi' pool which surely use meter (other taxis are not recommended), the total cost (including surcharge) is around Rp 25,000 / USD 3 (without traffic)

B. From the Soekarno Hatta Airport
By bus: (Damri - available from 5 AM to 11.30 PM)
From Damri bus station/counter, request for 'Gambir/main station Jakarta' @ Rp 25,000 (USD 3) per person then see A.

By taxi:
Take 'Blue Bird taxi' at the Blue Bird taxi line which always use the meter (other taxis are not recommended), the total cost (including additional fee: airport surcharge and toll ) is around Rp130,000 (USD$15) (without traffic).

or find LAKS airport transfer counter at the arrival gate - starting from IDR. 150,000/car (USD$17)
