Ups: Very quiet, safe location, close to public transport, clean. Downs: Window blind didn't work - was repaired. Heard from another guest, that "his roof came down". Got bathroom flooded, water came down the bathroom walls and from roof, were lucky to be still in the room - hotel seems to have serious problems with leaking water tubing. They tried to repair, but finally had no light in room and needed to move to another room - so did our neighbour. 10% 1st pay got charged twice, was returned.
