The staff were so friendly, helpful and nice. Not the best location but close enough to eveything with some effort. The room was lovely even if thge bed a little uncomfortable. However the fantastic staff made all of this trivial.

We didn't eat in the hotel as we enjoyed the freedom to go to other places. Everything was great. The staff were fantastic and the location to be able to explore Caceres was perfect. No hotel parking but we found it easy parking in the nearby streets for free.
