Nice atmosphere, good room, nice folks and exellent interiors. We stayed in a private with a nice street view balcony, just wish there would be more of a sea-view from it and from the terrace, but still it is a great hostel

This is the second time I have stayed at this hostel, but the first at its current location. The building is not as quirky as the old one, which was an old Ottoman house. This house is more modern and we'll situated, with the central bus station only a block away. A great breakfast possible on the leafy terrace. The staff is as usual friendly and helpful, and the rooms, washrooms and other public areas are scrupulously clean. Great neighborhood for wandering around and enjoying life.

The rooms are nice, location also. Cozy place just need some improvements: The hostel needs a microwave as the kitchen is very limited; We stayed for 10 days and both rooms were never cleaned or towels changed; The breakfast is nice but could be different from days to days as eating the same food for 10 days was a bit to much. Shared showers need maintenance as two in three are faulty.

There is really nothing to complain about, we stayed in the hostel for 9 nights and were very pleased. Clean rooms with new furniture, common bathrooms were cleaned daily. Very good equipped kitchen and wonderful garden. It is not a party place, though, we would rather recommend it for couples or long-time-travellers.

Definitely recommended, twin rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are well-maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast far better than usual stale baguette and jam! Interesting to stay on the Asian side of the city too, a short walk from great bars and restaurants.

This is the uniqe but the best hostel in Anatolian Side of Istanbul. Location, atmosphere, security, price options, staff contact and facilities are perfect. If you want to quiet and comfortable adventure in Istanbul let forget to Taksim and come to Kadikoy, Hush Hostel :))

It would be great if there were both male and female dorms, not just female and mixed ones!

A really great stay. My small private room was perfect, the shared bathrooms well-appointed and very clean, and a great breakfast every morning. The back yard was a charming place to sit and relax and everyone there -- staff and guests alike -- were wonderful and interesting. I'm already thinking about a return trip.

Quiet, clean, and friendly. A little bit further from the regular Istanbul tourist attractions, but worth it for the friendliness of the staff and the feeling of home. We stayed longer then expected because of this wonderful hostel.

It is a nice and clean youth hostel with friendly and laid back staff. It is not expensive but one should be aware that it is a youth hostel and not a 3 stars hotel and have expectations accordingly..

Hi Your hostel is excellent concerning the staff's friendlyness and the atmosphere. Also you can convince new people by your good price performance ratio. Please keep it like this. We would like to give you a hint for the cold winter mounths (Dec-Mar): We were a little cold in the nights because of the thin blankets. Instead we recommend to use some thick bedcovers (filled ones). We hope you will consider this for your future guests. Greetz
