Novice Nomad (1)

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. They had no reservation in our name, which caused us great difficulty in getting a room. They then charged us full price instead of the internet price we had originally booked with. I have been using this website for a long time but after this incident I will no longer be using Hostelworld again. Just not acceptable to arrive at one's hotel after making a reservation and receiving confirmation e-mail and being told they have no booking in your name!
