The reception was not friendly at all, the hostel did not mention the deposit before our arrival, the bathrooms are not very clean, and you have no door in the shower but a simple curtain... It's ok if you plan to stay one night, but one night only. Finally, it's expensive for what it is. Such a shame for a hostel so close to Hyde Park and in a very nice area!

hello, This hostel old and not confortable. There is no wardrobe and breakfast not enough.

The Shower rooms was not clean and hygienic enough, I stood there for more than ten minutes before i decided to take a shower, but the shower was hot and nice. Other than that i had a peaceful rest inside the room and the bed lines was clean. If all you are after is a bed for a night or two then its all you need... Don't expect to much in the way of meeting people of organized fun

your staff are very rude...the cleanliness was realy bad..no hot water ...i will not suggest this hostel

We 've booked 4 beds room and did not know that this would be so small , only beds,not at least one chair ,hanger, even not one nail in the wall to hang your jackets.After all , 2 nights were bearable,quiet and toilets were cleaned in the morning.The room could do with little table.Luggage room very usefull but they need to see when people are taking their luggage as our was open when we were taking it . Nothing was stolen though.Netherless bad aftertaste remains.Superb location.Staff helpful

Dirty, cold water in showers, water leaks on hallways, unfriendly staff, great location

No age restriction , some people are 60- years old and over , homeless also . I caught flu there from other people . No ventilation in rooms where is 20 people in the room , can u imagine ?? !

Do not stay here! My friend and I booked this hostel for four nights. They were very unorganized, and had no idea who was actually staying in the hostel. When we went to our room, they had to ask the other visitors who was staying in which bed. Once they decided that no one was in a bed, they stripped it of its used sheets, handed us our sheets, and said that it was now clean. This happened two nights in a row, and after the second night we just walked out, and booked with another hotel. Awful.

No warm water and i found a coackroach in the bathroom

Overall I find this hostel good value for money.

Staff unhelpful, security lax, sheets dirty, lounge unclean.

It was the most horrifying experience. It looked like a home for drug addicts. Everyone was eyeing our luggage and wondering why we were staying at the hostel. My friend and I walked into our room and were on the verge of tears. We picked up and left 5 minutes later. No money back, but boy did I feel ten times safer when I was gone. DON'T BOOK THIS HOSTEL.

Unfriendly staff and barely half-decent facilities. Not much of a backpacking atmosphere...

Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others - location was excellent and facilties good. Staff always helpfu.

We in the hostel 4 nights it was a nightmare to stay there! No-friendly staff, the facilities were dirty, unhealthy, ramshackle: - Showers and toilet usually flooded/out of order, shower very small, don't even have space to put our stuff. - Dormitories crowded (18 per room...) with only strange people. The room looked like in jail ! JA small window for 18 people: smells really bad - Kitchen : dirty, our food have been stolen You've to pay for everything: WIFI, Lockers, luggage room.

Please check toilets!!

For a place to sleep it was ok, wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 or 2 nights, there were no lockers in the room, and the shared toilet was not very clean, it was probably a little expensive considering the facilites however the location was excellent. overall it was reasonable
