Very overcrowded, you have to pay for wifi/internet, otherwise it is ok. More smile from the staff would be nice, but they have to handle so many rude people, that is true, anyway...

For what I was looking for - a cheap place to sleep and shower, not far from the center - it was perfectly fine!

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, and you want to be near a great shopping and cultural area, this is a good place to stay. We've stayed in the Hyde Park hostel for 3 days on a 21 bed dorm. If you're always the last one in, this is recommendable. Should you however want a decent night's sleep, I wouldn't advice this large a room. The staff was kind of rude, but you dont come across them that often. Then again, what can you expect for so little money...

The location is great and the staff is efficient. Nonetheless the staff is not friendly (not a single smile) and moreover: no curtain in the room, no soap-holder in the shower, no locker AT ALL in the room.

We were looking for a budget hostel in central London and found it it! It is a hostel, and if you don´t mind sharing the room with 23 other people, it is quite good. The price is unbeatable and they even included a breakfast (toast and cornflakes) in the price, which was a very nice surprise! However, as it is when there are so many people sharing facilities, there is a lack of cleanliness and the hostel could need some inside-renovation. However, I the location od the hostel super!

As I spent only one night there, it was okay. Staff was friendly, location is perfect, but the hostel itself certainly need to be renovated.

Dirty, unfriendly, old, poor, ... everything I say is nothing. I was stolen there and even the recepcionist helped me when I told him It happened there. "No securtity cameras", was everthing he repeated. He didn't want even give me the address of the nearest police station ;) Don't stay here unless you have no more options.

The hostel should care more about people comfort and cleaning. Add more energy plugs and lockers would help A LOT. For the price and location in London, i couldn't expect more, but next time i will spend more money and stay in a better hostel. Furthermore, staff is rude and seems like doesn't want to help you at all.

It was incredibly dirty. The toilet were a mess. My bed had not even been made - the last persons sheets were still on it. Don't stay here

On the good side, the hostel is in a central location, just off Hyde Park and near a station of the tube. Anyway the welcome was terrible, the staff at the door was outrageously rude, almost having a racist attitude towards us. The beds were ok but the stay was terribly disturbed by people screaming all over the night. On top of that, card payments are not accepted.
