Just 5 minutes walk from both Beeston bus and train stations.From the Nottingham city centre take the number 5 bus from the Broadmarsh bus station to Beeston bus station (3 miles)From the M1 motorway junction 25 take the A52 towards Nottingham. At the first set of lights turn right onto the B6003 signed Toton / Long Eaton and follow to the T-junction. Turn left onto the A6005 towards Nottingham and Hylands is situated 2.5 miles along on the right hand side.From East Midlands Airport take a taxi or the Skylink bus to Nottingham city centre.
