My stay at Hylands was very pleasant. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady who showed me to my room on the 2nd floor and phoned the WIFI password to me. The free capark at the back was very convenient and full English breakfast was delicious. Although I had a single room with shared bathroom I was pleasantly surprised to find a sink in my room, so I could make a coffee and wash up before going to sleep. There was a clean towel in my room and in the shared bathroom.

Excellent place to stay for someone who has some business in the University of Nottingham. I really like the breakfast service and the behavior of all the staff members. All of them are very nice and friendly. The hotel is well connected with the bus network of Nottingham city; 24 hour bus service. Beeston station is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The facilities in the room are excellent. Wifi is available but no signals on first floor. You have to go down to lounge to use it. Pleasant stay.
