the place is gorgeous, staff are very nice, and the room is just like a home, so warm and comfortable. We all felt amazing when we saw it first time.

I great B&B in Nottingham. Pity HW doesnt have a catagory for value as it was excellent. Nice breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. A little out of town, but this allowed for parking which was great. Wifi in the rooms also was a very nice inclusion. We really enjoyed our stay.

Probably just a bit expensive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful area to back of property could do with a tidy up though. The room had everything we needed and was very clean but the decor was pretty drab and old fashioned and people going to and from the toilet on the first night made it noisy - building we stayed in was old and noise travelled. The main building I thought we would be staying in,which I booked the stay on the basis o,f is not where we were put up, which was very dissapointing.

For the price breakfast and my room were good, although my friend had a few issues with his room (45) . He complained of a dry thoat each morning. Possible mould?? who knows. Either way, for the price we paid it did the job.

Great place to stay!

Very nice little hotel, with great staff and good 'full english breakfast'

the staff very helpful to teach me how go to Nottingham town centre, getting which number of bus and returning to hotel. The breakfast is full englsih breakfast one, it's OK. The Wifi singal is excellent in the room. Overall, It is good.
