Nice, clean private apartment for a reasonable price. Stayed there for five days and will consider staying there on my next trip.

This place is more a place to rent than a hostel. It's very clean and has an wonderful view. Situated in a clean ad landscaped little park. We were at 22th floor of a 32 storey building so, wonderful view. Buses to center city and can be reached afoot too (3/4h). It has all comfort : internet, laundry microwave oven, etc... Datas are not accurate. I never got it direct but he always answerd the next minute. Very good professional, no trick.

This is not so much a hostel as it is a shared rental apartment. If you are looking to meet and mingle with lots of other travelers, then this place is not for you. However if you want a clean, well-furnished, and secure place to stay in the heart of Kunming (right next to a large shopping center with all the creature comforts you could want) then this is a great choice.
