I was very surprised, the Hostel has excellent conditions, the staff is very nice, amazing breakfast for free, 3 big living rooms, pool, nature... I just loved it. And also is really cheap for what you get. And you have the metro till here. the only thing I didn't enjoyed so much was the climb from the metro till here, but it's just about 5 min to do it, so no big deal. I'll be back for sure =) loved it!

Had a great time at Inout. Do you know why it's called Inout? Because it's in Barcelona but out of the city. So if thats what you like, it's perfect.

I thought this hostel was amazing, it's outside of the city but now far away. It's really nice to get away, located right in the mountains near a few small villages its a perfect place to really see Catalan :)

If you don't mind being far from the city and having to walk up a hill everytime to get there, it's fine (we didn't mind). The decor was cool, everything was cleaned daily and the kitchen was OK, but wasn't well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Security was good, with large lockers in the rooms. One night after midnight unsupervised school kids ran screaming through the premesis and banging on the windows, but aside from that it was pretty quiet, in a great location for walks in the park.

it's really far away from city center, over half an hour by metro, plus a long way walk to the mountain! no bus is going to the hill, so you have to walk there, taking your luggages! i booked 10 beds dom, and there was no one alse living there. it's not a popular place. the room was really cold at night, with very old furniture. the food was awful as well. some staff were not helpful at all, especially the ones in kitchen. rather disppointed!

Owner Comment (Show)
We deeply regret that has not felt good in our hostel. We would like to explain that we are on top of one of the hills of the city of Barcelona, within an exceptional natural park. We are one of the few shelters in the city of Barcelona, which has a swimming pool for its guests. You have direct train line to the city center (10 minutes) We have clarified all the points of your complaint Best Regards. INOUT HOSTEL STAFF

It was everything I hoped for in order to ease into the city. I stayed here for a few nights and then moved to a hostel in the city after some much needed relaxation time. A bit far from the city center but very easy to get to by public transit. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere here up in the hills surrounded by forest! A bit of a serene sanctuary.

Yes you may have to walk up a hill to get there, however it is peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona which is just 15/20 mins away by the metro. Plus there are lots of walks around the natural parks in which it is situated.

At first I thought that the location may be a problem because it's far from the city center. But it turned out that you have to take just one metro line and when you get there you will definitely like what you'll see because it's located in the mountains:) Besides the breakfast that is included in the prise is very good and there are security lockers in your room, so all in all what you get for that price is just perfect:))

I missed some supervision at night because not everyone respect the house rules. Although the hostel is very good price, there is a bit of disorganitation when planning meal or dinners.

If you like a stay away from the hustle and bustle and late night disturbances, this is your place! The place was welcoming, safe and cleaner than many hotels! The staff ‘could not help you enough’! Many of them are people with some light disability. They seemed to love their work and this was simply adorable to watch! It was so touching – the feel I could make a difference in their life by supporting them with their job. InOut was wonderful for me!

The location is not good for a seeker for the night life. It´s nestled in a beautiful garden-on-a-mountain setting a good 15 minute metro ride from the city center. So money on metro definitely stacks up. It´s really cool because all the staff has some sort of mental or physical dissability. But, naturally, that comes with its disadvantages. So the staff for us weren´t entirely "friendly", but they were informative and willing to help. Breakfast good, facilities good, rooms good!

In out is an amazing place to stay with wonderful staff and excellent facilities. It is the cleanest hostel i have ever stayed in. I would not advertise it as being in Barcelona though as it is at least 20 minutes away and impossible to get to without the use of the FGC or a car. Some people would also find coming back late at night and walking up the hill difficult. A free shuttle would solve all of this.
